Welcome to ReduceTask.com (“ReduceTask,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using ReduceTask services.
  • “Services” include any features, tools, and functionalities provided by ReduceTask, such as AI-driven task automation, file processing, and business assistance.
  • “Content” refers to any text, images, files, or data uploaded, shared, or processed on the platform.
  • “Subscription Plans” refer to the different tiers of service offered by ReduceTask, including individual, premium, and reseller plans.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements. If you are using ReduceTask on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • ReduceTask is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services & Subscriptions

  • ReduceTask provides a variety of AI-powered services designed for individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large enterprises. Our platform offers both free and paid subscription options, each tailored to different usage levels and business needs.
  • Subscription Plans
  • Individual License – Ideal for solo users automating daily tasks.
  • AI Premium License – Designed for growing businesses needing advanced AI capabilities.
  • AI Elite License – Best for enterprises requiring high-level automation and customization.
  • Subscription pricing, benefits, and payment terms are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
  • Additional Revenue Opportunities
  • Training Services – AI training sessions for businesses to maximize efficiency.
  • Referral Program – Earn commissions by referring new resellers to ReduceTask.
  • AI Avatar Development – Create custom AI avatars for personal or business use. Each reseller receives 50 free credits for avatar development. Charge customers from $200 to $500 per avatar.

5. No Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments, AI credit purchases, and services are non-refundable. Users should account for potential system glitches when using AI-powered tools such as the avatar system. No refund or refund of credits will be issued.

6. Reseller Program Terms and Conditions

6.1 Overview

The ReduceTask Reseller Program allows approved participants (“Resellers”) to promote and sell our services to customers. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these additional terms and conditions.

6.2 Eligibility

To qualify as a Reseller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain a valid business license, if applicable.
  • Complete the Reseller application process and receive approval from ReduceTask.

6.3 Reseller Responsibilities

As a Reseller, you agree to:

  • Promote and sell ReduceTask services in a manner consistent with our branding and marketing guidelines.
  • Provide accurate information about our services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support for any services sold through your reseller account.

6.4 Commission Structure

Resellers will receive commissions based on sales made through their unique referral links. The commission structure, including rates and payment schedules, will be outlined in the Reseller dashboard.

6.5 Termination

ReduceTask reserves the right to terminate any Reseller’s account at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of fraudulent activity, failure to comply with these terms or violation of any applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Users agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful or violates third-party rights.
  • Unauthorized attempts to access or disrupt ReduceTask systems, including hacking, scraping, or distributing malware, are strictly prohibited.
  • ReduceTask reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All ReduceTask trademarks, logos, and content are the property of ReduceTask.com. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant ReduceTask a limited license to process and display it as needed for service functionality.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of ReduceTask intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Payment & Billing

  • If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize ReduceTask to charge the applicable fees. Payments are due according to the billing cycle specified in your subscription plan.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user.

10. Termination & Suspension

  • Users may cancel their accounts at any time. ReduceTask reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or illegal activities.
  • Upon termination, access to ReduceTask services and stored data may be revoked. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • ReduceTask provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • ReduceTask is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReduceTask, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from violations of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

ReduceTask reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas.
