Welcome to ReduceTask.com (“Reduce Task,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, products, and services, including the Reduce Task Reseller Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“User” – Any individual or entity using Reduce Task services.
“Reseller” – Users approved to participate in the Reduce Task Reseller Program.
“Services” – All tools, features, software, and AI-powered solutions provided by Reduce Task.
“Content” – Any data, text, images, or files uploaded or processed.
“Subscription Plans” – Paid service tiers including Individual, Premium, Elite, and Reseller plans.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Organizations using Reduce Task must authorize a representative with legal authority to accept these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Users must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- Notify Reduce Task immediately of unauthorized account access.
4. Services, Subscriptions & Payments
Reduce Task offers AI automation services, business productivity tools, file processing, and training solutions.
4.1 Subscription Plans
- Individual License – For solo users.
- AI Premium License – For small to mid-sized businesses.
- AI Elite License – For enterprise-level automation.
- Reseller License – For entrepreneurs selling Reduce Task services.
Subscription pricing is listed on the website and may change at any time.
4.2 Payment & Billing
- Accurate billing information is required.
- Fees are billed according to your plan.
- Taxes are the responsibility of the user.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
4.3 No Refund Policy
All fees, credits, and subscription payments are non-refundable.
AI system glitches, processing issues, or usage errors do not qualify for refunds.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users may not:
- Use services for illegal activities
- Upload harmful or infringing content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Abuse system resources or violate third-party rights
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. Reseller Program Terms
6.1 Eligibility
To be a Reseller, you must:
- Be 18 years old
- Hold a valid business license (if applicable)
- Complete the Reseller application and receive approval
6.2 Authorized Use
Only active, paid Resellers may:
- Use Reduce Task’s website templates
- Offer training or educational services involving Reduce Task
- Resell AI accounts, tools, or services
Unauthorized use may result in termination.
6.3 Branding & Website Setup
- Resellers must operate under their own brand name.
- “Reduce Task” branding cannot appear on reseller white-label websites.
- A $250 website installation fee applies unless self-installed.
- Additional assistance is billed at Reduce Task’s hourly rate.
6.4 Right of First Refusal
If a reseller selling their business has at least one paying customer, Reduce Task must be notified and given the first opportunity to purchase the business.
6.5 Approved Vendors
Resellers must use only Reduce Task-approved vendors unless written consent is granted.
6.6 Mobile App Resale
Reselling mobile apps requires signing a separate Mobile App Reseller Agreement.
6.7 AI Credits
No AI credit refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6.8 Commissions
Commissions, rates, and payout schedules are listed in the Reseller dashboard.
7. Video Content Usage
Resellers may download and use approved Reduce Task video content only for promotion of the Reseller Program.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, software, logos, and internal content belong exclusively to Reduce Task.
- Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Reduce Task the right to process it for service functionality.
- Unauthorized distribution, modification, or reselling of Reduce Task materials is prohibited.
9. Termination & Suspension
Reduce Task may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Policy violations
- Illegal activity
- Non-payment
- Use of unauthorized vendors
- Any reason at the company’s discretion
Users may cancel at any time.
No refunds will be issued for terminated or canceled accounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
Reduce Task provides all services “as is.” We are not responsible for:
- Damages
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access
- System errors or glitches
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Reduce Task harmless from any claims resulting from:
- Violations of these Terms
- Misuse of services
- Reseller activities
12. Penalties for Violations
Reduce Task may apply:
- A $500 administrative fee per violation
- Permanent reseller account termination
- Legal action and pursuit of damages
13. Modifications to Terms
Reduce Task may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.
14. Arbitration & Governing Law
- Governed by Texas law
- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas
- Each party covers its legal costs unless ruled otherwise
- Arbitration clause survives termination
15. Vendor Liability Disclaimer
Reduce Task is not responsible for disputes involving third-party vendors unless Reduce Task is the contracted vendor.
